1422 Designs started as a way for Bonnie to connect with her two boys, Seth and Levi. Originally, the only product was melt and pour soap that she and the boys made for a local craft fair. After making a batch of nail polish for some of her nieces for Christmas, Bonnie decided to continue making polish and had the boys’ full support and assistance in coming up with colors and ideas for collections!
